The Riso Narrows in Sognefjord, Norway. A passenger motor launch is under way offshore and a few buildings are on a small headland. The negative is captioned Riso Narrows, Balholm but the scenery does not accord with other photographs of Balholm and Riso Narrows has not been found in any atlas or in Baedecker's Guide to Norway.
