On board the Orient Line passenger cruise ship Orford (1928) at a narrow fjord off Sognefjord, Norway.

On board the Orient Line passenger cruise ship Orford (1928) at the entrance to a narrow fjord off Sognefjord, Norway. The photographer is looking forward from the forward end of the starboard promenade deck and the Orford (1928) is probably at anchor. Four of her motor lifeboats are heading up the fjord in line ahead. The negative is captioned Balholm but the sides of the fjord are too steep and no buildings can be seen. A vertical format negative.
