The Inner Basin at Bridgetown, Barbados. The photographer is on the south side of the Inner Basin looking north-west showing three 2 masted schooners and a large number of rowing lighters berthed in the basin. The swing part of the Chamberlain Bridge is on the left of the picture. A schooner berthed alongside the north side of the Careenage adjacent to the Chamberlain Bridge is dressed overall and is flying a flag with H.B.C. on it. The clock tower of the Public Building is in the background and a building with T. Geddesgr? on it is on the right.
