Toothed roulette wheel

Toothed roulette wheel used by Roy Cooney, for spacing rows of dots when needed for fathom lines or the limits of particular areas. The amount of pressure requred to give printable depth made it difficult to control on curved lines, and often a graver would be used to complete the symbol.
