An unidentified church near the waterfront of a location said to be Christiansand, Norway
A general view of an unidentified church and waterfront which is said to be Christiansand, Norway. Two storey dwelling houses front the water. A number of rowing boats and a single masted dinghy are moored at the water's edge. The church has a tall and slender spire surmounting a square tower in which there is and arched and louvred opening in each side. Below the louvred opening is a clock with roman numerals on the face. The church is partly obscured by a row of trees. Written on the negative is 1033 Christiansand but this church cannot be found in any photographs of Christiansand or in Christiansund and the location must therefore be in doubt.
