The canal on the north-west side of the island of Slotsholmen at Copenhagen, Denmark, looking north. Fishing boats are berthed along the canal, including the Albert of Kobenhavn, Marie of Sletten, Ella of Sletten and Martha of Kobenhavn. Some nets are drying on the guardrails. A horse and cart and a few motor cars are on the Nybro Gade and the buildings include Fru Behrens Pension and the Cafe Diamant.
