The Queen Emma pontoon swing bridge across Santa Anna Bay in Willemstad harbour, Curacao. The photographer is on the Punda district side of the bay looking west-north-west to the Otrabanda district. Two motor passenger launches numbered D-167 and D-168 are alongside the quay in the foreground. A pricing board and a board advising "Verboden voor zware voertuigen. Maximum gewight 2000 KG". are on the Punda side of the bridge. The buildings fronting the bay include the Hotel Americano and a building with a Philips light bulb logo on the roof.
