A large floating dock under construction with a floating crane alongside it off Ostrow Island in the delta of the Vistula River at Danzig. This is part of the shipbuilding yard of Schichau-Werke and on the left of the picture is the bow of the German Navy fleet supply ship Dithmarschen (1937) which was launched by Schichau-Werke at Danzig in June 1937 and commissioned in July 1939.
