The Old Town and Harbour at Dubrovnik, Yugoslavia. The photographer is on board a passenger cruise ship anchored in Lokrum roadstead looking west-by-north showing St. John's Fortress, the Polporela Pier and the south wall of the town with the defensive towers of St. Spasitelj, St. Stjepan and St. Margarita. The Old Harbour is on the right with a stone pier next to the Ribarnica Gate and on the extreme right are St. Luke's Tower and the Dominican Monastery. On the skyline on the right is the Minceta Tower. One of the ship's boats is heading shorewards in the foreground.
