A slightly distant starboard side view of the Swedish passenger cruise ship Gripsholm (1925) anchored in Eidfjord, Norway.

A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from well abaft the beam, of the Swedish passenger cruise ship Gripsholm (1925) at anchor in Eidfjord, Norway. Her lower promenade deck has been plated in, she is dressed overall and her numbers 1 and 15 lifeboats are in the water with one being alongside her forward accommodation ladder. The photographer is on shore next to a stone pier on which a number of steel oil drums are stored. Manoeuvring near the pier is the Gripsholm's Number 2 motor lifeboat bringing a load of passengers ashore.
