A general view of the countryside and a sea inlet in Fiji, possibly in the vicinity of Suva.

A general view of the countryside of Fiji. The photographer is inland with various types of trees in the foreground. Corrugated iron buildings are on the left amongst the trees and two more are near the shore of a sea inlet. Moored in the haven is a former 3 masted sailing vessel in use as a hulk. All of her yards have been removed, two booms are on her mainmast and a pitched roof shed has been built on deck abaft her foremast. The far side of the inlet is heavily forested and hilly.
