A Canadian Pacific Duchess class passenger cruise ship off Kilia Bay on the Gallipoli peninsula during a Dardanelles cruise.
A small, wooden built, single masted craft moored to shore of Kilia Bay on the Gallipoli peninsula, north of Eceabat. She has a spritsail and a foresail, both of which are not properly stowed. Two small boats are alongside a pier on which there are a number of tourists and an armed Turkish soldier. At anchor in the background and seen from off her port beam is an unidentified Canadian Pacific Duchess class (1928) passenger cruise ship at anchor. She is dressed overall and is on a Dardanelles cruise. The Asian side of the Dardanelles forms the backdrop. The negative is captioned Kelia Bay.
