The photographer is looking aft and to starboard showing the mainmast and poop decks with passengers looking back towards Gibraltar as the ship turns south towards Morocco. Europa Flats and Windmill Hill are on the left and the water catchment area on the east slope can be clearly seen. Willis Battery peak is in the centre of the picture.
