The town of St. George's on the island of Grenada
The town of St. George's on the island of Grenada. The photographer is looking south from Cemetery Hill showing the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception in the foreground. On the left is the tower of the Anglican Church with the harbour entrance beyond it and to the left of the palm tree is the four spired tower of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Fort George is in the centre. A perfect impression of a small eight legged mite has been somehow captured on the negative and it can be seen under the palm fronds on the right on the line between sea and shore.
