A port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orford (1928) at anchor in an unknown location.
A port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orford (1928) at anchor in an unknown location. Her starboard anchor is deployed, an accommodation ladder is rigged to the main deck aft with one of the ship's motor boats alongside and the Blue Peter flag is flying at the port yardarm on the foremast. A single masted open boat is lying off the ship's stern. The negative is slightly out of focus and the horizon is not level.
