A number of sampans berthed alongside a quay wall in Aberdeen harbour, Hong Kong. Two of the sampans are numbered 3807A and 6455A. Two three storey buildings are on the quayside and every balcony has Chinese script characters on it. a number of large wooden buckets are stacked on the edge of the quay. This vertical format negative was taken during the world cruise by the Cunard Line cruise ship Franconia (1923).
