The Pilgrim Fathers Memorial by Killingholme Creek, Immingham, Lincolnshire. The stone column is made from roughly hewn granite and the piece of stone at the top is cut from Plymouth Rock in New England in Massachusetts. The memorial was organised in 1924 by the Anglo-American Society, based in Hull, and was located by the actual creek from which they set sail from in 1608. A vertical format negative.
