Her entire forepart and most of her superstructure are out of the picture. The photographer is on the jetty looking back showing a large number of the ship's crew lining the side of the track waiting to assist the passengers to transfer to the ship from the Orient Line special train which is hauled by an L.N.E.R. class B3 4-6-0 locomotive with a number beginning 616. The ship is preparing for a cruise to Norway.
