A port side view, taken from near the stern looking forward, of the Orient Line passenger cruise ship Otranto (1925) alongside the East Jetty at Immingham, Lincolnshire. Her entire after part is out of the picture. The photographer is on steps on the jetty looking back showing a large number of the ship's crew lining the side of the track waiting to assist the passengers to transfer to the ship from the Orient Line special train which is pulling in, hauled by an L.N.E.R. B7 class 4-6-0 locomotive. The passengers are either going on a 13 day cruise to Norway or a 20 day cruise to Baltic capitals and Norway.
