Ships Cover for the Powerful class first class protected cruisers HMS Powerful (1895) and HMS Terrible (1895). This rather brief Cover comprises papes on schemes of complement, cost estimates for refits and eliminating defects, the conversion proposals which led to Powerful becoming a static training ship and Terrible a troopship, and associated stability calculations. The papers commence in August 1907 and end in February 1916.
