Ships Cover for the Condor class steel screw sloops HMS Condor (1898), HMS Mutine (1900), HMS Rinaldo (1900), HMS Rosario (1898), HMS Shearwater (1900) and HMS Vestal (1900). The documentation mainly comprises the initial design proposals and specifications, details of armament, structural details [primarily relating to frame castings and watertight doors], alterations, cost estimates, stability calculations, vessel condition reports and a detailed history of the class. The earliest papers date from June 1897 and the latest from June 1912. See also Cover 163 for this class.
