Ships Cover for the Condor class steel screw sloops HMS Condor (1898), HMS Mutine (1900), HMS Rinaldo (1900), HMS Rosario (1898), HMS Shearwater (1900) and HMS Vestal (1900). The documentation mainly comprises statements of dimensions and estimates of weights, correspondence with the contractors and details of tenders, details of vessel equipment, fittings and machinery, armament, casting of the stemposts and rudder frames, steam and manoeuvreing trial reports, stability calculations, schemes of complement, reports of vessel behaviour at sea and condition, and details of alterations. The earliest papers date from April 1898 and the last January 1918. See also Cover 152 for this class.
