The documentation mainly comprises schemes of complement, details of alterations, specifics of tenders and correspondence with contractors, details of ships equipment and fittings, armament and ammunition allowance [reflecting designed and altered armament], stability calculations, reports of steaming, manoeuvreing and gunnery trials, vessel condition reports and lists of defects to be corrected, and data pertaining to coal endurance.
