Ships Cover for the Lord Nelson class first class battleships HMS Agamemnon (1906) & HMS Lord Nelson (1906). The documentation mainly comprises alterations proposed to the design, details of correspondence with the contractors, general correspondence pertaining to structural details and construction, ships fittings and equipment, armament and ammunition allowance, schemes of complement and steam and manoeuvreing trial reports. The earliest papers date from August 1904 from about the time the ships were authorised and the last from October 1907, when both ships had been launched but prior to their completion.
