Ships Cover for HMS Abdiel (1940) and HMS Ariadne (1943) proposed F.A.D.E. conversions
Ships Cover for the Abdiel class cruiser-minelayers HMS Abdiel (1940) and HMS Ariadne (1943) detailing the post-War proposal to convert both ships to Fleet Aircraft Direction Escorts [F.A.D.E.]. These proposals were not implemented. The papers cover the period July 1947 to April 1948.
