Local men and women transferring stems of bananas from railway wagons to a fruit ship on a finger pier at Kingston, Jamaica. The stems are carried from the wagons to a series of platforms suspended on the ship's side and are then passed up a line of men onto the ship. The identification of the ship is not known.
