Wicker baskets for sale on a pier in Kingston harbour, Jamaica
Wicker baskets for sale on a finger pier in Kingston harbour, Jamaica. The photographer is looking down from on board a passenger cruise ship alongside the pier showing various sizes of wicker baskets and types of hats laid out on at least eight flat-bed railway trucks. The baskets range from shopping baskets up to large lidded laundry baskets. A fire engine and a motor car are on the pier. A notice on a corrugated iron building reads "Visitors are invited to call at the Tourist Bureau 78-80 Harbour St.". A dockside shed in the background belongs to Horn Line.
