Finger piers at Kingston, Jamaica. The photographer is on board a passenger cruise ship in the harbour looking east-north-east at the eastern end of the pier complex showing a laden 2-masted schooner at anchor in the foreground with two more 2-masted schooners alongside a pier. The pier on the left is occupied by Leonard de Cordoya Lumber Yard and stacks of sawn timber are on the pier. Alongside a pier on the right and almost hidden by the shed is a fruit ship of the American Standard Fruit S.S. Co.
