On board a passenger cruise ship passing the Levensau High Bridge on the Kiel Canal, Germany
On board a passenger cruise ship passing the Levensau High Bridge on the Kiel Canal, Germany. The photographer is looking back towards Kiel from the stern of the ship showing her wake and the canal curving slightly to the right (east). The ship is almost certainly the Cunard Line's Lancastria (1922) because the negative series 831 to 844 are all of the Kiel Canal and the only ship identified is the Lancastria.
