The village of Prcanj on the west side of the north-eastern arm of the Bay of Kotor, Yugoslavia. The photographer is looking north-north-west from a passenger cruise ship in the bay. On the right is the domed Church of the Nativity of the Virgin and at the water's edge in front of it is the Church of St. Nicholas. A brigantine rigged steamship, possibly a private yacht, is alongside the wharf on the right. The bay is surrounded by mountains.
