A slightly distant starboard quarter view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) alongside a wharf at Haifa, Palestine. Only the ship's afterdecks and funnel are visible, the remiander of the ship hidden behind dockside buildings. In the foreground is a wooden hulled sailing vessel with a clipper bow, a bowsprit and a long jibboom. She has the Registration 12L on her hull. A six-oared boat with a crew of eight is on the left. Negatives numbers P84327 to P84329 inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
