A close view of the starboard side of the stern of the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) alongside a wharf at Haifa, Palestine. The photographer is on the quayside alongside the ship's stern and between him and the ship are a number of people. Nearest him is one of the ship's crew in white uniform and wearing a fez. On the right is a man wearing European style jacket and jodhpurs and a traditional Arab headgear. Many of the other people are possibly passengers from the ship. A vertical format negative. Negatives numbers P84327 to P84329 inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
