In the centre and seen from well ahead of her starboard beam is the Cunard Line passenger cruise ship Laconia (1922). To the right of centre is the Royal Navy battleship Malaya (1915). She is seen from off her starboard beam and has awnings rigged. Everything forward of her bridge is hidden by the Mohle Fort.
