A motor tender from a Swedish passenger cruise ship under way off the town of Fort-de-France, Martinique.
A slightly distant port side view, taken from abaft the beam, of a motor tender from a Swedish passenger cruise ship off the town of Fort-de-France, Martinique. The photographer is looking from seaward showing the boat motoring towards the shore which is lined with warehouses and commercial quays. Residential buildings are scattered on the slopes of the low hills in the background. The Swedish vessels Gripsholm (1925) and Kungsholm (1928) both visited Martinique during the 1930s.
