On board the Swedish passenger cruise ship Kungsholm (1928) at anchor off the town of Fort-de-France, Martinique. The photographer is looking forward from the port side aft showing a large number of rowing boats close alongside containing local diving boys who are hoping to dive for coins thrown by the passengers. A 2-masted schooner is anchored offshore and the steeple of St. Louis Cathedral can be seen to the left of centre. A vertical format negative.
