Bayfront Park, Miami, Florida.

Bayfront Park, Miami, Florida, viewed from the east. At the waterfront on the left is the aquarium ship Prins Valdemar (1892), seen from only just abaft her starboard beam. Leisure craft are alongside berths in the harbour. A passenger carriage and a Texaco tank wagon are on the quayside railway. The building on the right is the Freedom Tower, completed in 1925 and the letters WIOD are on the roof of the adjoining building. Just to the right of centre is the Hotel Alcazar, the building with the 4-step tower to the left of centre is the Everglades Hotel, completed in 1926, and the building beyond it is the Miami Colonial Hotel.
