Motor yacht moorings and excursion vessel piers at Bayfront Park, Miami, Florida.
Motor yacht moorings and excursion vessel piers at Bayfront Park, Miami, Florida. At one of the mooring posts is the twin screw motor yacht Dolphin (fl. 1932) fitted out for game fishing with a tall lattice boom on either side of the hull amidships. Beyond these moorings is Pier 5. Alongside Pier 6 on the left is the Seminole Queen (fl. 1930) used for Miami River and Everglades excursions. The waterfront is lined with palm trees and beyond the trees on the left is the Miami Continental and in the centre is the Everglades Hotel with its 4-stepped tower.
