On board the Orient line cruise ship Orion (1935) while under way at sea.
On board the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) while under way at sea. The photographer is at the rear of the bridge looking aft and to port along the boat deck in way of lifeboat number 6. The funnel deck and one of the large boiler room ventilators are on the left. Off to port of the Orion is a 3-masted barquentine under full sail, seen from off her port quarter and sailing on what appears to be an almost reciprocal course in reasonably calm conditions. A vertical format negative.
