The waterfront at Molde, More og Romsdal, Norway.

The waterfront at Molde, More og Romsdal, Norway. The photographer is looking west-by-south from a quay showing wooden motor fishing vessels on the right. The nearest boat is registered M-15-HU but only her bow is in the picture. The boat beyond her is named Argus and is seen from off her port beam. She is possibly registered at Bergen. Badly obscured in the background and seen from off her port broadside is the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger cruise ship Stratheden (1937) at anchor in Moldefjord. One of her motor tenders is heading back to the ship laden with passengers.
