Lifeboats being launched from on board the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) during an exercise in an unknown Baltic port. The photographer is at the top the port side accommodation ladder looking forward showing a boat drill for the crew with four boats fully manned and in the water. The location is almost certainly one of the ports on the south coast of the Baltic. Negatives numbers P84371 to P84377 inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
