The western side of the waterfront at Molde, More og Romsdal, Norway. The photographer is on board an Orient Line passenger cruise ship at anchor in Moldefjord looking north-by-west showing the commercial quays on the waterfront. One of the ship's motor tenders is heading to the shore on the right. Two passenger vessels are alongside the quay on the left with the Alexandra Hotel beyond them. Another passenger vessel and some motor fishing vessels are by the wharves in the centre and on the right. A three storey brick building on the right has Bakeri painted on the end wall.
