The commercial centre of the city is in the background and the twin towers of the Catedral Metropolitana are on the extreme right. The architecturally ornate tower of the Palacio Salvo is to the left of centre. This mixed use office and residential building was completed in 1928. On the left is a cargo ship on charter to the International Freighting Corporation of New York.
