The headstone of Captain B.A. Warburton-Lee VC, RN, in the New Cemetery at Ballangen, off Ofotfjord, Norway. Warburton-Lee was the commanding officer of the Royal Navy destroyer flotilla leader Hardy (1936) which was sunk by German destroyers in the First Battle of Narvik on 10 April 1940. He was awarded the Victoria Cross for leading his flotilla against superior forces and his last order was "Continue to engage the enemy". A vertical format negative.
