Diving boys and their boats at Nassau, Bahamas.
Diving boys and their boats at Nassau, Bahamas. Thirteen rowing boats, each propelled by a man using a sculling oar over the transom, are standing off an ocean-going ship while their diving boys are waiting for passengers to throw coins into the sea for them to retrieve. One boy has jumped into the water, one is preapring to jump and another is in the water hanging onto the bulwark of a boat. The hull of the ocean-going ship is on the right and alongside it is the passenger tender Lady Cordeaux (1922).
