Stern view of the tug Anne Moran (1938) within a canal
A colour transparency positive showing the starboard quater view of the US tug Anne Moran (1938), taken from the towpath of a canal, possibly the Chesapeak & Delaware Canal. The vessels's name is visible on the stern along with the initials of its home port of Wilmington, Delaware. A large white letter 'M' is visible on the supstructure of the tug. The dumb barge ahead, to which the tug is secured, has part of its home port name obscured [Wilmington, Delaware]. A canal lockgate can be seen in the background beyond the two vessels.
