The harbour and town of Portofino, Italy

The harbour and town at Portofino, Italy. The photographer is looking south-south-east across the Piazetta to the north end of the Strada Statale on the south-west side of the harbour. Fishing nets are laid out to dry on the Piazetta and open boats are drawn up on the foreshore. The Hotel Restaurant Delfino is in the centre of the picture and a door in the end wall has 'Osteria del Porto' over the top of it. The church of San Giorgio is on top of the hill in the left background. A vertical format negative.
