Quayside stern view of the cargo sailing schooner De Tukker (1912) the three-masted schooner Oosterschelde (1918) moored on the River Tyne during the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race in July 1993.

A quayside stern view of the cargo sailing ship De Tukker (1912) moored on the River Tyne during the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race in July 1993. The ship's name is painted in yellow letters on the stern. The words 'DE TUKKER ENSCHEDE' are present on two orange life preservers hanging from the stern of the ship. A Dutch ensign is flying from a flagstaff attached to the stern. A number of people can be seen onboard at the stern and near the waist of the ship. Moored to the stern of De Tukker is a small orange and black rubber dinghy. The word 'HUMBER' is printed on the port side bow. Moored on De Tukker's starboard side is the three-masted schooner Oosterschelde (1918). The ships sails are furled to the masts and the words 'CAPT D. VAN ANDEL (?) 1714 ROTTERDAM 1944' are written on the aft end of the superstructure. There is a large white banner with the words COMMUNITY ENERVATION (?) SERVICE' hanging from the port side ship in the middle. A large number of buildings can be seen on both banks of the river in the background.
