The beach on the west side of the harbour at Rapallo, Italy
The beach on the west side of the harbour at Rapallo, Italy. There are many people in the water but a far larger number are on the beach relaxing under umbrellas. A small number of rowing boats are drawn up on the beach on the right. To the left of centre is the monument to Cristoforo Colombo. It is a bronze on a stone plinth with two bronze people groups at the base and it was sculpted by Arturo Dresco in 1914.
