The Bagni Lido and the north side of the harbour at Rapallo, Italy
The Bagni Lido and the north side of the harbour at Rapallo, Italy. The photographer is looking north-north-east from the rocky shore by the Via Langano promenade showing three open fishing boats moored to a single plank walkway. A man is in each boat. Rows of changing tents projecting out into the harbour from the lido are on the left. Fronting the Via Agostino Giustiniani is the Savoia Hotel and the distinctive bell tower and dome of the Church of Saints Gervasio and Protasio are behind it. In the centre at the corner of the Lungomare Vittorio Veneto is the Rosa-Bianca Hotel and Restaurant and to the right is another Hotel and Restaurant. On the right of the picture is the circular shelter in the Plaza Martiri de la Liberta.
