The Icelandic Radio Broadcasting Building on Vallarstraeti in Reykjavik, Iceland. The photographer is looking west-north-west from an upper floor of the Hotel Borg on Posthusstraeti showing the monument to Jon Sigurosson (1811-1879) in Austurvollur Square in the foreground. Three lattice steel radio masts are on the roof of the broadcasting building. In the left background is the roof and tower of the Landakotskirkja which was completed in 1929.
